Frequently Asked Questions

How do I access my pattern after purchase?

As soon as your purchase is complete, your pattern will be delivered straight to your inbox. You’ll receive an email with a download link so you can save the files and get started whenever you’re ready.

Tip: check your spam or promotions folder just in case it gets a little lost on the way.

How do I print the pattern?

You can print your pattern at home using standard US Letter or A4 paper, or send the A0 file to a local print shop if you prefer skipping the taping step. (Not every pattern includes an A0 file so make sure to check the product description)!

Just make sure your printer settings are set to 100% scale, and use the test square included on the pattern to double-check everything printed correctly before you start cutting.
